Chad Miller was born and raised in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. He attended junior college in Colorado where he played catcher and third base and was featured in Baseball America for the numbers he put up while switch hitting.
The switch hitting Miller then signed with D1 Liberty University and played third base while Mike played second base. Chad had a stellar senior year switch hitting and producing a .339 average and receiving All-Conference Honors. Chad also set a Liberty University school record for runs scored with 68 runs in 60 games played.
Chad’s senior season propelled him to get drafted by the Evansville Otters of the Professional Frontier League in 2007 where he signed for a year.
Chad moved out from Colorado to Park Ridge, NJ to take the position and has been a huge asset to Just Hits.
